Best service ever. We had to replace our heater, and air conditioner, due to the age of both. Before replacing them, Mike tried to fix the heater, but the heater wouldn’t cooperate, it was just ready to be put down! The following morning, all was measured, accessed, and the new heater was ready to be put in. Mike and Nick worked all day, the first day, to install the heater, and the second day, to install the air conditioner.  Mike took the time to answer every question we shot at him, in a friendly, informative manner. They went above and beyond, to clean up after themselves. After a few very stressful emergency service appointments, one being our long time HVAC company, we called Efficient ( after referrals on Facebook)  in desperate need of help. Michael not only answered right away, but had Mike come out within the hour. They were both empathetic towards, and did not take advantage of, our situation.
